Royal Rose (“Rose”) comes by her dressage talent naturally via her exceptional pedigree. Her sire, Royal Prince (Rohdiamont) was a finalist 2 years running at the German Bundeschampianat and was reserve champion at his stallion licensing in Germany earning 10’s for rideability and walk and 9’s for trot, canter and willingness to work. In the USA, Royal Prince has enjoyed a phenomenal career in both performance and in the breeding shed, including 4th place in the FEI World Championships and earning Dressage Sire of the Year several years running. Rose’s dam, EM Wruffian Q (Weltbekannt) has produced numerous USA Dressage Finalists in-hand and under-saddle including Rose’s half brother Don Frederic HVH who earned two USDF Horse of the Year titles in 2013 as well as being a finalist in the USEF Young Horse Dressage Championships in 2012 and numerous breed and region titles.

Royal Rose is mature at 16.1H and has natural beauty, grace and elegance. She has 3 correct gaits that are easy-to-sit, nicely forward thinking and delightfully sensitive. She has exceptional rhythm, outstanding trainability and rideability, which coupled with her gaits and elegance she will clearly suit an amateur rider. Royal Rose was born, raised and has been trained at High Valley Hanoverians. She was backed in Apr.2010 and was in full professional training until Oct.2012 when she was purchased by a Young Rider. Due to academic aspirations the Young Rider did not have the time to fully invest in Royal Rose’s training thus returned her to High Valley Hanoverians in 2013 for further dressage training and placement. Royal Rose’s training is via the unique High Valley Hanoverians program “Developing Hanoverian Athletes in the Mind & the Body”™. This program is known for producing quality young dressage horses with a rock-solid dressage foundation, are in super physical condition due to the combined training and mountain hill work and have an exceptional work ethic due to being truly happy in their work. Royal Rose is flourishing in this program and is well on her way to demonstrating her dressage performance potential. She is ready to go to a performance home with an amateur rider where she will prove to be an uncomplicated and talented equine partner. As a secondary breeding career later down the road, Royal Rose has her Hanoverian Elite Mare Candidate status with the American Hanoverian Society and will become an Elite Mare with the production of her first Hanoverian offspring.
